Delivery & Returns Policy

Standard Delivery

Ireland (inc. NI)
We charge €6.50 postage for purchases less than €100. Free shipping in Ireland for orders over €100.00

We charge €10.00 postage/delivery on all orders.

We aim to deliver to Ireland and NI within 2 days and UK orders taking up to 7 working days.

We mainly us Fastway for domestic deliveries and An Post for Ireland/UK deliveries. The choice of carrier depends on the type/weight of item being dispatched.

Collect Order In-store
When ordering your purchases you can opt to collect your items in-store by clicking ‘I’ll Collect In-store’. Your order will be ready for collection 24 hours after the order has been placed. Store Pick up times: 11am – 5pm Monday to Saturday.

When collecting your items in-store, remember to bring your order confirmation email which will be emailed to you once your order has been completed. We will accept the email in printed format or on a tablet or smart phone.

Photographic identification must also be presented when collecting goods; we will accept a drivers licence or passport.

What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed we will send you an email to confirm all your details are correct. Once we have dispatched your item(s), you will receive a second email from us noting your delivery information and tracking number where applicable.

Gift Cards
We offer FREE post for all Gift Cards ordered. Gift Cards will be dispatched within 24 hours of order and can be personalised with a message if requested at the time of order.
All Gift Card orders are sent with An Post postal service.

Please note – Gift Cards cannot be returned once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift cards. Gift cards purchased in-store or on our website cannot be used as a form of payment on the website; they may only be used in-store. We cannot take responsibility for any gift cards that are lost, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift card, as it is their responsibility to keep the Gift Card safe.

We use reliable postal services however we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.


Should you not be completely satisfied for any reason, you are welcome to return items for a refund or exchange. Please note that all returns must be confirmed in writing or by phone within 7 days of receiving the goods. All returns should be sent to the address below.

You can return the goods within 7 days of delivery for a full refund/exchange. We would advise you to send return items by a registered/insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for losses while in return transit. Items must be returned unused in original packaging with tags still intact and item(s) fit for resale.

If goods are defective in any way, please return them immediately and we will either deliver a new item(s) to you or offer a full refund. Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
